Navin spearheads digital and technology strategy and solutions for both internal and external clients. His mandate includes supporting internal business operations, innovating through co-created technology products, and expanding market reach with a direct go-to-market approach.

With over 29 years of experience, Navin has successfully led large-scale technology projects and held senior executive roles in IT outsourcing firms across Africa, including IBM, T-Systems, and BCX. His expertise spans business strategy development, sales management, and technology delivery. Notably, he has overseen the largest SAP project for Walmart in Africa and the most extensive Smart-Grid rollout in Africa for Eskom.

Navin holds a Bachelor’s degree and an Honours degree in Computer Science, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business and eCommerce. He is also triple cloud certified in Azure, AWS, and IBM, and is certified in ITIL, Architecture, Agile, Design Thinking, and Project Management.

In his personal time, Navin enjoys traveling, cycling, snorkeling, hiking, and exploring culinary experiences with his family. He has also had the privilege of ascending the Himalayan Mountain range.
