Carolina S. Esguerra is the co-founder and the global chief finance officer (CFO) of ADEC Innovations. Carol has been responsible for the acquisition of many companies that became a part of the ADEC Innovations Group, including ADEC Preview in Australia, A-Plus International School, and FirstCarbon Solutions. Her experience significantly contributed to the success ADEC Innovations has earned in the fields of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO), and to the expansion of its workforce into a 4,000-strong global organization. Prior to founding ADEC Innovations, Carol served as Senior Investment Consultant for the Pacific Asia Capital Corporation. She has a degree in Food Technology from the University of the Philippines. Off the clock, Carol is deeply committed to giving back to her alma mater, where she mentors aspiring leaders and dedicates her time to the development of future talent. She is also a dog lover with a soft spot for dachshunds. In her spare time, she loves renovating/ fixing her home, solving puzzles, and watching her favorite espionage movies.
